Bringing Out The Musical Me
Steelpan brings out the musical me I don’t get to show at home or at school. I like going to gigs and to carnival as I like to see other people enjoying our music. You get to try different types of pan, yesterday I got to play bass.
Wishing for Carnival…
UFO is really friendly. As soon as we get to play there is an electric energy in the atmosphere. I really wish we can do carnival again because it was such an original experience.

I started playing with UFO through my daughter. I used to bring her along to the classes, and everyone was so friendly and encouraging that I should join, that I eventually picked up some sticks and started to play for the first time ever on a double second pan. I loved it instantly!
